Terms and Conditions & How to Purchase
Minimum Purchase: 10 USD (1 Pixel block --- 10x10). Feel free to buy as many pixel advertisements as you like.
Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format AND not animated.
Your pixel advertisement links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
Before confirming your purchase, you will be given the opportunity to preview your order so that you can see what it will look like at the www.C4icon.com main page. You can fine tune your order as many times as you like before your order is confirmed --- confirmation is done by pressing the Buy Now button. It is unchangeable after you click the finally confirm button.
After successful PayPal checkout, your spot will be reserved and you will see 
on your chosen spot. We will then verify your link, description and images. C4icon endeavors that your pixels be added within one working day from the day of successful money transfer confirmation from PayPal. If you pay by other means such as bank transfer or cheque, please allow at least 7 working days before the transaction is clear after which we will verify your order. If payment is not received within two weeks, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
No refunds once your pixel block is accepted and put on the main page. The price that you pay at the time you buy your pixel advertisement is final and cannot be refunded.
No obscene/offensive/adult/illegal images/links/description will be accepted. C4icon had the finally right to decide what is appropriate for our site. If your submission is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative pixel advertisement. If you cannot provide an alternative within 1 month, your money will not be refunded and you will lose your pixel advertisement.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult/illegal material then your pixel advertisement will be removed, the space will become publicly available again, and you will not get a refund.
You can request your image to be removed at any time but the space will become publicly available again and you will not receive a refund.
Although C4icon will not change or remove your pixel advertisements under normal circumstances, we reserve the right to do so under exceptional circumstances such as a court order, lawsuit or public outcry. When a removal happens, the space will be publicly available and you will not receive a refund.
You must have the legal right to use the image you provide for your pixel advertisement.
There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we promise to keep the downtime of the website to a minimum and will only be done when switching servers or upgrading.
You agree that portions or the whole of your pixels may be used to promote C4icon either online or offline (in printed materials). You agree that C4icon can use your materials only for promoting this website or any its relation business. You also agree to waive your rights of compensation for this purpose.
We promise not to sell or misuse any information that you have given to us.
When you purchase pixel advertisement, you do not own own any part of this homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the main page in the respective space you have paid for .
